I can't find the Setlist or Lyric that I want

We love requests! If you can't find what you are looking for, please contact us at contact@gypsypanic.com with your setlist or lyric request. We will be in touch once the product you requested is available for purchase. 

I want to give you some constructive feedback about your products and/or website

We are always striving to get better and to give our customers a better experience. Please get in touch at contact@gypsypanic.com to let us know what you think, if you have any issues or feedback about our products or our website. 

Can I change my order once it is placed? 

We print your order within 24 hours of your order being confirmed. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order.

If you contact us at customerservice@gypsypanic.com within 24 hours of your purchase we may be able to cancel your purchase. However, we cannot guarantee it. If it is outside the 24 hour window, we will be unable to cancel your design. 

Where is my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been printed and shipped.

If you have not received an email or a tracking number, please contact us at contact@gypsypanic.com. 

Please check your tracking number for the location of your purchase. 

If you have not received your purchase in a reasonable time, please contact us at contact@gypsypanic.com and we will work with you to rectify the situation.


I've receive the incorrect item.

If in the rare circumstance that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@gypsypanic.com. Provide your order number and a photo of what you have received.

We will work to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed. 

My ordered was damaged or defective.

If your product is damaged or defective, please email GypsyPanic at contact@gypsypanic.com with your order number, a photo of the product and packaging within 30 days of when you ordered the item. We will contact you within 24 hours with further instructions for how to obtain a refund or exchange.

We will work to rectify the problem quickly and efficiently. All postage costs you pay to return the incorrect item will be reimbursed. 

I have buyers remorse and I want to return my order. 

We are a small company and products are print on demand. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for buyers remorse. 

I've ordered the wrong size and I'd like to exchange it. 

We try our best to give our customers correct information about the sizes of our products.  Please check the sizing charts for our products. Since we are a small company and products are print on demand, unfortunately we are not able to accept returns for incorrect sizes.
