Returns

GypsyPanic is a Print on Demand service and website. Every order submitted is made specifically for you when ordered. We do not carry a inventory. Because products are made-to-order, this limits our ability to offer returns and refunds.

 

We do not accept returns for: 

  • sizing issues (Please use the size chart, women's tees run 1 size small)

  • buyers remorse 

 

However, we will accept returns for:

  • a product in a different color or size than what was ordered

  • the printing of the graphics is flawed or has abnormalities

  • the product is damaged or defective

  • a setlist tee shirt or poster includes incorrect concert information 

 

 

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you need to return an item for a refund or an exchange, send us an email with the reason for return to contact@gypsypanic.com.  Please include a photo of the product. Please tell us if you want a refund or an exchange. If you would like an exchange, it will be for the same product in the same size and color. 

Please wait for a response from GypsyPanic before sending your product to us. We will email you within 24 hours to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. At that point, we will tell you where to send the product you are returning.

Once your product is received, you will be notified when your return and/or refund will be processed. If you have chosen to have your purchase refunded, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable number of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
